About these terms

These terms govern your use of loftconversion.org, operated by Loft Conversion Quote. By using the site or submitting a quotation request you accept these terms.

Our service

We provide a free online tool that generates an indicative loft conversion cost estimate from the information you supply, and we arrange introductions to loft conversion specialists for a free, no-obligation survey.

We are an estimating and introduction service. We do not carry out building work ourselves and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a builder or contractor.

Estimates are indicative

Every figure produced by our estimator is indicative only and is not a quotation, offer or contract. Actual costs depend on measurements, structure, specification, access, planning requirements and site conditions, and can only be confirmed after a survey.

You should not make financial commitments on the basis of an indicative estimate alone.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for genuine enquiries about your own property or a property you are authorised to act for, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site.

Third-party specialists

Any contract for building work is between you and the specialist you choose. We are not responsible for the workmanship, pricing, conduct or contractual performance of third-party contractors. We recommend you check credentials, insurance and references before engaging anyone.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and estimating logic on this site belong to Loft Conversion Quote and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
